Business Record Books
The binding is the control. A stitched book with numbered pages shows if anything has been taken out, which matters for registers, visitor books and anything that may be examined later. Loose-leaf is convenient and gives that up entirely. Carbonless sets let a copy be issued while the record stays bound. See account books, visitor books and carbonless paper.
