Zions PPL is a pack of 50 self seal pay envelopes with a full pay slip printed on the face, so the cash and the breakdown of how it was worked out travel together.
For businesses that still pay some staff in notes, the envelope does two jobs. The top section takes the pay date, employee and employer names, the employer ABN or ACN, job title, award or agreement, hourly rate or annual salary and the pay period. The wages table lists ordinary hours for weekdays, Saturday and Sunday, public holidays, overtime, allowances or bonus, incentive payments and termination pay, each with hours, rate and amount.
Below the gross wage are lines for tax, superannuation with the fund and account, two other deductions, total deductions and net wages paid, plus the employer super contribution. Zions describe the envelopes as top loading so all note denominations fit, printed on gold kraft stock with a self seal flap, and designed to comply with Fair Work Australia recording requirements. The Note Group list them at 165mm x 90mm.
