Kraft Envelopes
The brown colour is unbleached paper rather than a design choice, and the fibre length that comes with it is what gives kraft its tear resistance. That makes it the sensible choice for anything heavier, bulkier or handled roughly in transit. It also takes a printed address less crisply than white stock, so allow for that on a mailing run.
