Definitions
"Mega School Supplies", "we", "us" or "our" means Mega Thing Pty Ltd (ABN 18 634 002 609) trading as Mega School Supplies, 5/12 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South NSW 2486, Australia.
"Website" means www.megaschoolsupplies.com.au.
"Customer", "you" or "your" means the person or organisation placing an order.
"Book pack" means a pack of items built to a school's booklist for a year level.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We take care to get prices and product details right, but errors can happen. If an item is listed with the wrong price, description or availability, we may correct it and contact you to offer the corrected price, a suitable substitute or a cancellation. If you have already paid for a cancelled item, we will refund it.
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an equivalent substitute or a refund for that item.
Book packs
Each book pack is built from the booklist your school gives us. If the school changes its booklist, we update the pack to match.
Where a booklist item is out of stock, we may supply an equivalent item of the same or better quality. If no suitable substitute is available, we will refund that item.
You are responsible for choosing the right school and year level and for entering your child's name correctly at checkout.
Product descriptions and images
Descriptions, specifications and images are for general information. Manufacturers can change products, packaging or colours without notice, and images may not show the exact item supplied.
Delivery and collection
Delivery options, charges and timeframes are set out on our Delivery & Collection (https://megaschoolsupplies.com.au/pages/delivery) page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy (https://megaschoolsupplies.com.au/pages/returns). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
