Three ways to get your pack
Home delivery
Our own driver delivers across the Gold Coast and Tweed, so your pack isn't thrown over a fence by a courier. You'll get an email when it's on the van and another when it's at your door. Outside our local run, we send by courier with tracking.
Collect from Tweed Heads South
Pick up free from 5/12 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. We'll email you when it's ready. Bring your order number.
Delivered to the school
Some schools choose bulk delivery. If yours does, your pack will be waiting in the classroom on the first day. Check your school's page.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 15 December are packed and delivered in the first two weeks of January. Orders after that are packed within three business days, right through January and February. There's no cut-off, so late enrolments are never left out.
Something missing or wrong?
Email schools@megaofficesupplies.com.au with your order number and we'll fix it within two business days.
