The Mid Size Wages Book For A Team Of Up To 20
Zions 76M is the medium hours and wages record book, suited to up to 20 employees per year, with 46 pages of 27 lines in a 215 x 285mm portrait format.
Give each staff member a page and it holds half a year of their weekly pay. The top of the page records who they are and how they are employed: name, address, date of birth for under 21s, the award or agreement, class of work, and whether they are full time or part time and permanent, temporary or casual.
Every one of the 27 lines is a pay week. It starts with the week ending date and the hours for each of seven days, adds up total hours against the rate, then moves through allowances and gross wages to tax, two open deduction columns and net payment. The last columns take the employer super contribution and a signature for the week.
In portrait format the book files upright on a shelf beside other office records. Businesses with more staff can step up to the large 76L, and the pocket 76P goes where a full size book will not.
