A Bound Front Desk Register For Overnight Guests
Zions GREG is a case bound guest register for accommodation, ruled as a lodgers register with a column for every detail taken at check in and check out.
Motels, pubs with rooms, guest houses and hostels still keep a paper register at the desk, whether as the main record or as a backup when the booking system is down. A bound book keeps the pages in order and makes it plain if one goes missing, which a loose folder cannot.
Across each ruled page run room number, registration number, beds split into double and single, the guest name and usual address, then arrival and departure dates and times with AM and PM boxes, and the amount charged. The Note Group give 92 pages printed on both sides with 28 lines to a side, in a large 280 x 330mm book. The cover is a dark navy textured board stamped Guest Register in gold.
Our listing does not claim the register satisfies any licensing or record keeping rule: check what your state or local council asks of accommodation providers.
