A Signed Arrival And Departure For Every Working Day
Zions SOSO is a case bound attendance book where each employee signs in with a time on arrival and signs out with a time on departure, one page for every working day of the year.
Every page is headed Sign On, Sign Off Attendance Record, with space for the department, day, date and a sheet number. Down the page, staff write their signature on arrival with the hour and minute, their signature on departure with the time again, and anything unusual goes in the remarks column. Because each person signs their own line, the book shows who was on site and when in their own hand.
The Note Group list 264 pages, 33 name lines to a page and a size of 270mm x 210mm, with one page per working day for one year. A case bound book stays together on a front counter or at a staff entrance through a full year of daily handling.
