Connoisseur 50804 is the Arc table knife at 225 mm, polished 18/0 grade stainless steel, listed by us in a pack of 12.
At 225 mm it is the longest of the Arc pieces, sized for main meals at a cafe table, a catered lunch or the staff room. Weatherdon's close photo shows a short serrated edge near the tip, handy for cutting through toast crusts, sausages or a schnitzel.
The handle follows the same gentle curve as the Arc fork and spoons. Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe, and their care sheet, downloadable on this page, warns against abrasive detergents and soaking, which can mark stainless blades.
