Splash Education SP4415 holds 96 A4 pages carrying 14mm dotted thirds lines and a red margin down the left, on 60gsm paper inside a board cover, and sold in packs of 10.
Dotted thirds ruling helps children size their letters. In the interior photo each pair of solid lines sits 14mm apart with two dotted guide lines between them, so tall letters, small letters and tails each have a band to aim for. Spacing is a school decision rather than ours, so confirm it against your booklist; SP4415 is the 14mm choice.
With 96 pages it carries a lot of practice before a new book is needed. The current cover is light blue and prints the ruling, the margin, the 60gsm paper weight and the Splash code 4415 on the front, with space to write name, subject, year and school. An earlier, paler cover design may still be in circulation.
