14mm Dotted Thirds In A Book Built For Busy Classrooms
Spirax P103 is an A4 exercise book in 14mm dotted thirds, with a red margin and 48 pages of 70gsm paper inside a red polypropylene cover, supplied as a pack of 20.
Dotted thirds put a handwriting guide on every line, and in the Spirax range 14mm sits between the wider 18mm and 24mm books and the narrower 9mm. With 48 pages the P103 fits a term of handwriting practice or a single subject.
The cover is polypropylene, which ACCO call sturdy, and it is printed with the ruling, No. P103 and the paper weight. Staples hold the 48 pages together, and the book has no tear out perforations or divider pages. ACCO also note that cover colour follows page count across the range.
Open the P103 and the pages show what 14mm dotted thirds means in practice: solid blue lines sit 14mm apart, and two dotted blue lines divide every space between them into three equal bands. A red margin line runs down the left side, as the ACCO interior photo in our gallery shows.
