Rexel Optimum AutoFeed+ 50X Auto Feed Shredding for Home and Small Offices
The Rexel Optimum AutoFeed+ 50X shreds a stack of up to 50 sheets of 80gsm paper on its own once the lid is closed, and takes up to 6 sheets through its manual slot, as ACCO Australia publish.
ACCO Australia list a P-4 security level on the DIN 66399 scale with 4x28mm cross cut particles, a 20 litre bin and a 10 minute run time. The induction motor is published at 55dBA, the touch panel has illuminated indicators, and ACCO Australia give the machine as 405 x 363 x 430mm and 11.6kg.
Staples, paper clips and credit cards are all on ACCO Australia's also shreds list, so a loaded stack does not need clearing first. Rexel's manual still sets limits: staples of 26/6 and 24/6 or smaller, stapled or clipped within 25mm of the corner, and no CDs or DVDs. Auto jam reverse helps clear paper jams.
