Paper Shredders
Start with the security level rather than the machine. Shredders are rated P-2 to P-7 on the DIN standard, and the rating describes particle size. P-2 and P-3 suit general internal paperwork; P-4 and P-5 are the usual requirement for anything carrying personal information, which covers most HR, health and government records; P-6 and P-7 are for classified material.
