Wide 24mm Dotted Thirds In The Fish Book
Of the four Protext 48 page dotted thirds books, NB5103 has the widest spacing at 24mm, with a red margin, a polypropylene cover and 20 books per pack on this listing.
Big spaces suit big letters. On this book the solid lines are 24mm apart, and the page photo shows two dotted rules inside each space marking off thirds, which gives a beginner a clear target for the middle, top and bottom of every letter. Fewer lines fit on a page at this size, so each page holds a short piece of writing rather than a long one.
A fish outline sits on every cover with the words teacher's reference 'fish'. The Note Group give each Protext code an animal like this, which makes a class set easy to check at a glance. The PP cover comes in assorted colours and has name, subject and class lines, a four year calendar and an activity page are named on the front as extras, and tables for adding and multiplying are printed on the back. Sheets are 297 x 210mm, 70gsm.
