A Small Serrated Knife That Also Serves as a Steak Knife
The Connoisseur 7524002 utility knife has a 120 mm serrated stainless steel blade on a black riveted handle, sized for trimming, peeling-board work and cutting at the table.
Weatherdon note that it doubles as a steak knife, which makes it handy for a cafe or staff canteen that wants one small knife for both the prep bench and the plate. The fine serration saws through cooked meat, citrus and cherry tomatoes without much pressure.
The blade is full tang stainless steel according to Weatherdon, with the Connoisseur logo marked near the handle. At this length it is easy to control for small jobs like hulling strawberries or slicing a single bread roll at a coffee station.
