Connoisseur 50104 is the 220 mm table knife from Weatherdon's Satin cutlery range, sold here in a pack of 12 for laying the dinner setting in a hotel, club or canteen.
At 220 mm it is the longest piece in the Satin family, sized for cutting through a main meal rather than spreading butter. Weatherdon make it from 18/0 grade stainless steel and give it a brushed finish, the soft matt look that names the range, so it sits comfortably beside white porcelain without the glare of a mirror polish.
