The Connoisseur Midnight board, code 7561902, is a black speckled plastic chopping board measuring 380 x 240 mm and 9 mm thick, giving a long, solid surface for carving a roast, dicing a pile of vegetables or laying out a platter.
Its extra length and thickness are what set it apart from the white Connoisseur board. A cook can work along the full 380 mm without crowding, and the 9 mm slab has more weight on the bench. The dark speckled finish suits a modern kitchenette or function room where the board may also be on show.
