A Light White Board for Everyday Kitchenette Prep
Connoisseur 756151 is a white plastic chopping board, 345 x 245 mm and 7 mm thick, that is light enough to hang on a hook and big enough to slice bread, fruit or a sandwich filling.
This is the compact board of the pair. It slips into a narrow cupboard in a staff room, a serviced apartment or a motel unit kitchenette, and a cut-out handle at one end makes it easy to grab, carry to the sink or hang up to dry.
Weatherdon describe it as thick plastic and list it as dishwasher safe, so a board used for lunch prep can go through the same cycle as the plates. The plain white surface shows when it needs a wash.
