Ground Grass Sky Ruling On A Pad Of Loose Pages
Writer Premium EB6562 is an A4 notepad of 50 sheets at 70gsm, ruled in 18mm dotted thirds with ground, grass and sky colour bands.
The colour bands give young writers a visual map for letter height. In The Note Group page artwork each line is shaded pale blue for the sky, green for the grass and beige-brown for the ground, with a solid line beneath the green and dotted guides between the colours. Ascenders climb into the blue band, the body of each letter fills the green, and descenders hang down into the beige-brown.
A pad suits the handwriting jobs that do not belong in a bound book: a single page for an assessment folder, a letter to take home, or a writing sample to pin up. The 18mm spacing is the narrower of the two GGS notepads, with the 24mm version sold as EB6563. Check the school booklist for which spacing a class uses.
