Year 2 is where the lines usually tighten after the first year of printing, and each Queensland year level has its own named ruling. This one states QLD Ruling Year 2 across the navy band on the front, and the round ruling sample next to it is marked 18mm. The little police car in the opposite corner is the Teacher's Reference.
