Writer Premium EB6530 gives 48 A4 pages of solid ruled lines set 18mm apart, with a red margin, and is sold here in packs of 20.
An 18mm gap leaves plenty of height for larger handwriting, and because the rules are solid only there are no dotted rows to work around. Schools that want dotted guides at the same spacing specify EB6510 instead, and anyone after a wider gap can go to 25mm with EB6531.
According to The Note Group the book uses 70gsm paper and a board cover at 297 x 210mm. Its pink cover shows a bus as the teacher's reference, and the band reads 18mm solid ruled and red margin. The open spread artwork shows single blue rules beside a red margin line. Printed on the back: sums tables, units of measure and conversions, along with Made in Malaysia.
