Connoisseur 50803 is the 195 mm Arc fork in polished 18/0 grade stainless steel, listed as a pack of 12 to restock a cafe or staff kitchen drawer.
Forks tend to disappear first from an office drawer, and buying them by the dozen tops up the drawer without paying for full sets. The Arc handle curves gently and broadens toward the end, and the four tines suit salads, mains and cake.
Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe. For the best finish, their care sheet (downloadable on this page) recommends taking cutlery out of the dishwasher as soon as the cycle ends and never using silver polish on stainless.
