Connoisseur 50801 is the teaspoon of the Arc range: 140 mm of 18/0 grade stainless steel with a polished finish, sold here as a pack of 12.
Arc pieces have a soft, flowing outline. The bowl is a smooth oval and the stem widens gently into a broad, rounded handle end, so the spoon rests neatly on a saucer rim and is easy to pick up off a tray. Weatherdon list 50801 as dishwasher safe.
At 140 mm it suits tea and coffee service, stirring sugar, small desserts such as yoghurt or custard cups, and morning tea platters in staff rooms. Ordering it with the Arc dessert spoon, fork and knife gives a matched place setting from one pattern.
