Connoisseur 50703 is the Flat fork, 180 mm long in brushed 18/0 grade stainless steel, sold 24 to a pack.
Weatherdon list the Flat fork at 180 mm, a little shorter than the table forks in the polished ranges, with four tines and a plain, slim handle. The brushed finish keeps it low key, which suits busy dining halls more than formal tables.
