The Edge Table Fork, Square Handled and 200 mm Long
Connoisseur 50403 is the Edge table fork: four tines, a squared, flat handle and a mirror polished 18/0 grade stainless steel body, 12 forks per pack.
The fork is where Edge's straight lines show most clearly, running from the tines down a flat, parallel handle to a squared end. On a plate it reads as clean and modern, which is why Edge suits bistros, wine bars and newer staff cafeterias.
Weatherdon list the fork at 200 mm, the same length as the Edge dessert spoon, and state it is dishwasher safe. For a full setting add the Edge knife and teaspoon.
