Connoisseur 500310 is the smallest Auberge piece, a 136 mm teaspoon made from 18/10 grade stainless steel and given a mirror polish; 12 come in each pack.
Its short length suits saucers for cappuccinos and flat whites, sugar bowls and small dessert glasses. The handle keeps the traditional Auberge shape in miniature, flaring to a rounded tip, so it matches the larger pieces on the table.
Hotels often place teaspoons in rooms, at buffet coffee stations and on conference refreshment tables, and a polished 18/10 spoon presents well in all three. Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe; their care sheet recommends taking cutlery out as soon as the drying cycle finishes.
