Connoisseur 500305 is the Auberge dessert spoon, a mid sized spoon in mirror polished 18/10 grade stainless steel, supplied as a pack of 12.
It sits between the Auberge teaspoon and the table pieces in size, which makes it the everyday spoon for puddings, breakfast cereal, fruit salad and lighter soups. The oval bowl is deep enough to hold a good portion and the handle has the flared, rounded end used across the range.
Our title gives the length as 176 mm while Weatherdon list 180 mm for code 500305, so allow for that small difference if the spoon must fit a particular cutlery tray. Weatherdon state 18/10 grade steel and list it as dishwasher safe.
