Connoisseur 500303 is the Auberge table knife, 239 mm long in 18/10 grade stainless steel with a mirror polished finish, packed 12 to a pack.
At 239 mm it is the longest piece in the Auberge range and the one that sets the scale of the place setting. The blade has a rounded tip and the handle follows the classic Auberge outline, widening to a curved end that sits easily in the hand.
Use it for mains, steak and roast dinners or buffet carving stations where guests serve themselves. Because the blade is part of a mirror polished set, it looks at home beside the Auberge fork on a dressed table. Weatherdon list it as dishwasher safe and in 18/10 grade steel.
