Tall and Narrow: the 1.1 L Jar for Long Items
Connoisseur 42604 takes the same slim 100 mm footprint as the 0.8 L jar but stands 195 mm tall, giving 1.1 L of clear acrylic storage for things that are long rather than bulky.
Use it for coffee stirrers and sugar sticks standing upright, a bag of ground coffee tipped in whole, breadsticks on a buffet, or dry spaghetti broken in half. The narrow body takes up little bench width, so several can line up against a splashback without crowding the kettle or coffee machine.
The lid closes with a chrome lever clip, which Weatherdon call an air-tight lid, and swings back on a wire hinge so it stays with the jar. Weatherdon list the canister as BPA free and safe on the top rack of a dishwasher.
Set it beside the shorter 0.8 L jar and both share the same width, which keeps a row on a shelf looking neat. Need more volume rather than height? The 1.8 L and 2.2 L jars move up to a 130 mm diameter.
