USB4 Speed For Heavy Video And Image Files
Verbatim 32021 is a 1TB TurboMetal external SSD on a USB 4.0 connection, rated by ACCO at up to 3700MB/s read and 3600MB/s write.
Edit projects, raw photo shoots and high resolution video are where a slow drive costs real time at the desk. The TurboMetal puts an M.2 solid state drive inside a metal housing, and ACCO list an integrated cooling fan as part of that design. Verbatim product photos show the drive with a short black cable carrying a USB-C plug at each end.
Nero Backup, formatting software and a user manual come preloaded, so a first backup routine can be set up straight from the drive. ACCO list a 2 year warranty. Their speed figures are quoted for USB4, and no figures are published for older USB ports.
