A Slim Metal SSD That Plugs Into USB-C Or USB-A
Verbatim 32030 is a 512GB Metal Mini SSD in a compact metal case, supplied with a USB-C cable and a USB-A adapter and listed by ACCO for Windows and Mac.
Plenty of offices run a mix of new laptops with USB-C and older desktops with only USB-A. Because the adapter comes in the box, the same drive can move between both without a separate dongle. The case is slim with a textured finish and a small slot in one corner, and Nero Backup software is included for setting up a regular backup.
ACCO name this drive USB 3.2 Gen 2, but one line of their feature text describes it as Gen 2x2 and quotes speeds that belong to that faster class. Until that is settled we are not publishing a speed figure for 32030.
