Gold for the line you want every customer to notice
Uni's PWE-5M in gold, sold as one marker, has a medium bullet nib for chalkboards, windows and other smooth surfaces that do not soak up ink.
On most boards there is one line that matters more than the rest: the chef's special, the new season range, the price of the gift hamper. Gold marks it out without resorting to capitals and underlines. Event stylists use it for welcome boards and seating plans on mirrors, and retailers use it for window lettering around the holidays.
Both Uni's Australian and UK colour lists include gold for this model. The UK site describes water-based paint that can be wiped away later; the Australian site says rain leaves it in place while a damp cloth clears it. Glass, mirrors, metal and chalkboards all qualify as non-porous, and Uni exclude porous surfaces.
