Cheeky Laughing Face In Blue Ink
Shiny's 9SHS023-3 merit stamp prints a laughing cartoon face in blue: big round eyes, puffed-up cheeks and a wide open grin, all inside a circle.
The cheeky face reads as delight rather than a plain tick, so it fits the work that made you smile for the right reasons: a funny line in a story, a clever answer in a quiz, a joke that landed in a drama script. Blue ink also keeps the reward apart from red correction marks on the same page.
Shiny make the stamp, and in Australia it reaches schools through Staedtler. Because the die is pre-inked there is no pad to open or wash, and Staedtler's catalogue sums the range up as easy to use with no mess and crisp, clear impressions. Shiny 9SO-63 blue ink revives it once the print turns pale.
Prefer red? The same drawing is sold as 9SHS023-2.
