One Noris Junior Pencil on a Hanging Card
Staedtler 141-2B BK is a single Noris junior children's pencil in 2B, supplied on a cardboard hanging card.
Staedtler call the Noris junior the perfect children's pencil in extra-large pen format. It wears the yellow-black Noris stripe in a chunky hexagonal barrel printed with small stars and shapes, and Staedtler say the chunky format fits children's small hands perfectly.
Inside is a super thick 2B lead which, in Staedtler's words, gives extra high break resistance. That makes it a forgiving first pencil for toddlers and preschoolers who press hard and drop things.
One card is a simple way to try the pencil, add it to a gift or replace one that went missing. Staedtler's pictograms for the 141 show Made in Germany and Conforms to EN 71. Sharpen it with the Noris junior tub sharpener 514 16, which Staedtler recommend.
