DUPLICATE Stamp For Second Copies
Shiny's 9SEN107-2 pre-inked stamp prints the single word DUPLICATE in red, slanted bold capitals, so a reissued invoice or a second copy of a form is never mistaken for the first.
Reissuing paperwork is routine in accounts and admin: a customer loses a tax invoice, a supplier asks for another delivery docket, or a form has to be sent twice. A clear DUPLICATE mark across the top tells everyone downstream that the document is a replacement and not a new charge or a new order, which saves a lot of double handling.
The impression in Staedtler's catalogue chart is solid text in an italic, heavy face, quite different from the plain upright COPY stamps beside it. Shiny make the stamp; Staedtler Australia distribute it and list it as article 9SEN107-2, where the 2 at the end is the red colour number.
