Spirax 56804, cover No. 814, is an A4 side spiral lecture book with 140 perforated pages of 100% recycled paper, ruled 7mm with a margin and punched 7 hole.
Lecture books are built to be taken apart. Notes are written in the bound book during class, then each finished page is torn along the perforation and moved into a ring binder by topic. ACCO rate the punching for binders with 2, 3 or 4 rings, and the inside photo shows holes on both sides of the coil.
ACCO state 140 pages of 100% recycled paper at 70gsm, and the latest cover reads Recycled 100% above Lecture Book and No. 814. Each page carries a margin line and a date line at the top, which helps when loose sheets are sorted later.
