Spirax 4090000 is the P905 A4 lecture pad with a black cover, wire bound along the top edge and listed with 140 pages.
A top bound pad turns its pages up and over, so the wire never sits under the writing hand and the pad works on a lap, a clipboard or a small fold down desk in a lecture theatre. The cover is printed A4 Lecture Pad and No. P905, with the word perforated running just under the wire.
