Extra Room For Puffer Jackets And Multi Item Parcels
Polycell CTP SP is a 500 x 550mm Courier Tuff satchel with a 50mm flap, sold by the carton of 400.
Outerwear is the usual reason to go this big. A puffer jacket, a rain shell with its liner or three or four folded garments fit without forcing the seal. Soft toys and cushion inserts are another good match because they compress slightly to fill the bag. In the Polycell size table this code sits second largest, above the 420 x 450mm CTP 5 and below the 600 x 650mm CTP 6.
Polycell build Courier Tuff from multi-layer co-extruded LDPE and seal it with hot melt adhesive, a closure Polycell rate as giving extra tamper evidence. The bag shown by Polycell is white with a grey flap band, a blue sender box and their logo and barcode. It carries no cushioning, so rigid or fragile items still need a carton or bubble wrap.
