Polycell CTP 1 is the 190 x 260mm plastic courier bag from the Courier Tuff line, with a 50mm flap above the opening, sold here as a carton of 2000.
Plenty of online orders are small: a phone case, a pair of socks, a set of spare parts, a few folded forms. Posting them in a bag sized for a shirt wastes film and looks careless when it arrives. CTP 1 is the first and smallest of the seven sizes in the Polycell Courier Tuff table, so light, flat goods travel in something close to their own size.
Polycell build Courier Tuff from a co-extruded film in several layers, with LDPE named as the main material, and seal the flap with hot melt glue that they describe as giving extra tamper evident performance. Their photos show a white face with a grey band across the flap end, a printed FROM panel for the return address, and their logo and a barcode near the base. Polycell pack this code 2000 to a carton, a count that suits a store posting every day, where running out of the small size stops the whole packing line.
