Polycell's MT2 Mail Tuff mailer measures 215 x 280mm plus a 50mm closing flap, and it comes in a carton of 100 with a white paper face and a bubble cushion inside.
This is the step up from the palm sized MT1. An A5 diary, a paperback, a boxed watch, a pair of folded socks or a small software box goes in without a fight, and the bag stays slim enough to travel as a light parcel. Polycell pitch the whole Mail Tuff range on low weight, pairing a kraft paper exterior with the bubble lining so that postage stays down.
Address it by hand or stick on a label, peel the backing from the flap and press it shut. Polycell describe that closure as tamper-evident and say the tough paper outer is built for the general mailing cycle, with the bubble there to protect the surface of whatever is inside and absorb bumps along the way.
