A box of 10 purple zipper binders, Marbig code 6980019, each closing with a zip and carrying a clear tech case on its 25mm two D rings.
Colour by person works where colour by subject does not. A household can give each member one colour for school notes, a volunteer group can hand the purple file to whoever runs the roster, and a small team can tell whose binder is left on the meeting table without opening it. With seven colours in the range there is enough spread for most groups, and purple is distinct from the pink, red and blue binders beside it.
ACCO rate each binder at up to 200 sheets on the two D ring. The zip runs round three sides of the polypropylene cover, and ACCO credit it with added document protection and moisture resistance. The tech case is a clear zipped pouch on the rings, meant in ACCO's description for USBs, cables and small stationery, and a small clear pocket on the front holds a name card.
