Make the Live Job the Easiest File on the Desk to Find
The yellow foolscap Polypick wallet from Marbig, code 2011005, uses a touch fastener over a 25mm gusset and carries a write on identification panel on its front.
Yellow tends to get used for whatever is currently in play rather than for a permanent category on a shelf. Front counters, workshops, school offices and dispatch desks can all treat a yellow wallet as a moving marker, one that follows the active job around the building and then goes back to the pile when the job is closed.
Being able to spot the wallet without reading it saves the small interruptions that add up over a day. The polypropylene copes with being handled by several people, and because the name is written rather than printed the same wallet can follow a different job next week without anyone hunting for a fresh label.
Yellow is stocked beside the other Polypick colours under document wallets. Look through the Marbig range for matching dividers and folders, or the general office supplies listing for the rest of a desk setup.
