Ten Extra Centimetres When 30 Falls Short
Marbig 975186 is a clear plastic ruler 40cm long, made from polystyrene with metric markings, according to ACCO.
A standard 30cm ruler runs out of length on an A3 page, a poster layout or a wide chart, and joining two lines never quite sits straight. A 40cm ruler draws those lines in one pass. ACCO pitch it at both school and professional use, from project posters to marking up plans on the desk.
The plastic is transparent, which lets you see the work underneath and line up with existing marks before drawing. ACCO give the scale as metric and describe the markings as easy to read. They do not publish an inch scale for this code, so it is best treated as metric only.
Shorter sizes are in plastic rulers, with steel and scale rulers across rulers and geometry. The full Marbig range covers the rest of the desk.
