Black and Red Ribbon Named for the Star SP700
Lafayette SP700BR is a black and red ink ribbon listed as compatible with the Star SP700 printer, sold here as a single ribbon.
An impact printer puts every character on the paper through its ribbon, so a worn one shows up as faint dockets well before the paper runs out. A two colour ribbon carries black and red ink for printers that are set up to print in both.
Lafayette do not currently show this code on their website, and we hold no photograph of the box, so the only details we can confirm are those in the product name: Star SP700 compatibility and black and red ink. Before ordering, check that your printer is a Star SP700 and compare the code on your old ribbon.
It runs with bond and carbonless paper from cash register rolls, and more cartridges are listed in printer ribbons and ink and toner.
