Powershred 60Cs: A Personal Shredder for Home Paperwork
The Powershred 60Cs is a one-person shredder for the home or home office, with a head that lifts off a 22 litre basket and 10 sheets per pass.
Pages are cross cut into 4 x 40 mm pieces. Fellowes' data and feature list put that at security level P-4, enough for bills, payslips and bank letters. Staples, paper clips and credit cards can go in too. It runs for up to 6 minutes at a stretch, which suits clearing a week of mail rather than a filing cabinet.
Patented SafeSense stops the shredder when hands touch the paper entry, a useful extra in a house. To empty it, lift the head off and tip out the basket. Fellowes cover the 60Cs with a 2 year machine warranty and 5 years on the cutters.
