Six linked logs for a balance trail indoors or out
EDX Education Step-a-Logs, EDX item code 63020, is a set of 6 polypropylene logs joined by adjustable ropes for balance and gross motor play.
The distributor lists each log platform at 50cm long x 10cm wide x 10cm high, with a total length of 4.42 metres. EDX says each log has a non-slip ribbed top and is made from strong polypropylene, and the distributor states the logs can support an adult's weight. The first and last logs have a slight ramp. EDX lists an age range of 3 to 6 years.
EDX describes the logs as ideal for coordination, balance and gross motor skills, used indoors or outside as an obstacle course or confidence game. Adjusting the rope lengths changes the difficulty, and the logs nest together for storage and transport.
Combine with stepping stones or stumps for a longer course. See the EDX Education range, more physical education equipment, early learning resources and the wider educational supplies catalogue for schools, centres and families.
