Modelling clay that dries to a stone look
Educational Colours Rock Clay, supplier code EVERD1, is a modelling clay that dries into a stone-like finish. Educational Colours supplies it in a 500g resealable tub for easy storage.
Educational Colours says Rock Clay is easy to mould and shape, which suits sculptures, ornaments and other creative projects. The brand describes a smooth texture for detailing that hardens into a durable, rock-like appearance when fully dry. That gives finished pieces a stone-like look, a useful effect for sculpture units and display work.
The resealable tub lets a class use part of the clay and save the rest for another session. Educational Colours describes Rock Clay as non-toxic, and pitches it at beginners and experienced artists alike. Students get the stone effect from the clay itself as it dries.
Shape Rock Clay with wooden modelling tools to add finer detail before it dries. Explore our modelling clay, craft ceramics and art and craft supplies ranges, or the Educational Colours collection.
