Jumbo triangular pencils for learning a correct grip
Educational Colours Jumbo Triangular HB Pencils Set of 12, supplier code JUMBOTHB12, are jumbo HB pencils with a triangular shape that Educational Colours designs to encourage correct pencil grip from a young age.
Educational Colours says these pencils have been designed especially to correct the awkward grips that hinder free-flowing handwriting and drawing. The brand credits the triangular shape with encouraging correct pencil grip from a young age. The supplier lists each pencil at 175mm x 10mm. This set holds 12 HB pencils, and a box of 120 is listed separately.
Every pencil in the set has the same triangular shape, so grip teaching stays consistent across a group. The brand says that shape is meant to correct awkward grips that hinder handwriting and drawing. HB grade means the same pencil can be used for handwriting practice and for drawing, as the brand describes.
Add pencil grips for children who need extra support while they learn to hold a pencil. Browse more in our jumbo pencils, lead pencils and pencils ranges, or see the wider Educational Colours collection.
