A size 8 flat taklon brush for washes and blocks of colour
Zart Taklon Brush Dynamic Flat Size 8, supplier code BR315, is a student quality taklon flat brush from The Creative School Supply Company with a 15mm wide head, sold singly.
The Creative School Supply Company describes the Dynamic flat as a student quality taklon brush with a short tapered handle, a thick belly and a metal ferrule. Its soft, synthetic bristles suit acrylic, watercolour, gouache and craft paint, and the supplier calls it durable, easy to clean and shape retaining. The supplier lists the size 8 at a width of 15mm, between the size 6 and size 12 flats.
A 15mm flat head covers backgrounds and larger shapes, and the supplier says the brush can also be used for large washes while its bristles maintain their shape for adding controlled detail. It sits between the size 6 and size 12 flats in the Dynamic range.
Mega also lists the Dynamic flat in size 2, size 3, size 4, size 6 and size 12, plus Dynamic round brushes. Browse craft paint brushes, painting supplies, art and craft supplies and the Zart range.
