A size 4 flat taklon brush for controlled lines
Zart Taklon Brush Dynamic Flat Size 4, supplier code BR313, is a student quality taklon flat brush from The Creative School Supply Company with a 9.5mm wide head, sold singly.
The Creative School Supply Company describes the Dynamic flat as a student quality taklon brush with a short tapered handle, a thick belly and a metal ferrule. Its soft, synthetic bristles suit acrylic, watercolour, gouache and craft paint, and the supplier calls it durable, easy to clean and shape retaining. The size 4 is 9.5mm wide, and the supplier notes it allows for controlled lines when used on its side.
Used flat, the 9.5mm head covers small areas of colour; turned on its side, the supplier says, it gives controlled lines. That makes one brush useful for both fills and outlines in acrylic, watercolour, gouache or craft paint, which are the paint types the supplier lists.
Mega also lists the Dynamic flat in size 2, size 3, size 6, size 8 and size 12, plus Dynamic round brushes. Browse craft paint brushes, painting supplies, art and craft supplies and the Zart range.
